History of Alaska Regional Hospital

Alaska Regional Hospital has a designated cancer care center that not only offers cancer treatment to patients, but also an array of support services. Patient navigation is offered to patients and their families, helping them to understand a complicated diagnosis likemalignant mesothelioma, determine their options and come to decisions that they feel confident in. Financial resources are available to help with治疗费用and there are various support groups. Patients can also take part in their bi-monthly “Look Better, Feel Better” program, offered in their Care Classroom to support patients through their treatment and recovery journey.
